Our Counseling Services

Individual Counseling       Couples Counseling       Family Counseling

Finding Clarity provides personalized virtual counseling services to meet any individual’s or family’s needs.  We are passionate about providing professional services to our diverse families, and it starts with us! We help our clients with problems in school, depression and anxiety, family and marital conflicts, separation and divorce. Furthermore, we focus on emotions around adoption and family separation, problematic child and adolescent behaviors, struggles with addiction, grief, trauma, and more.

With our help you can experience growth, improve your relationships, find the peace you’ve been looking for, and build resilience so you can enjoy the life you truly want. Investing in your mental health is such a large part of this journey and we’d be honored to be your guides.

Group of friends enjoying time together

Once your request is received by the therapist it will either be approved or denied.  If it is approved, you will receive an email invite to our “Client Portal.”  There you will complete all of the necessary intake documents prior to your appointment.  Please be sure to upload a copy of your photo ID and insurance card (if you are using your insurance).  You will also receive an calendar invite for your initial session with a link to a secure webpage as you will meet for about one hour.  If the therapist is unable to accept your appointment request, please feel free to request an appointment from one of our other therapists or contact your insurance for a list of providers who are in-network.

Step 3

During your first session, your counselor will ask a lot of background questions to help you feel comfortable with opening up and to gather more details about your mental health journey. You'll also set a regular schedule together depending on your needs. In your following sessions, your counselor will guide you through the areas you'd like support in and make sure you're equipped with helpful resources as you grow.
