Jamie Hardy is a licensed therapist in Virginia, Maryland, and DC with over ten years of clinical experience working primarily with adults. She received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Mary Baldwin University in 2010 and her Master of Education in Community Counseling from the College of William and Mary in 2012. 

Jamie is a genuine, compassionate, and empathetic therapist who provides a safe, nonjudgmental environment where you can feel comfortable exploring your thoughts and feelings. She believes in a collaborative, goal-oriented approach to empower you to navigate life’s challenges and support your personal growth. Jamie uses an integrative approach tailored to your individual needs, utilizing her training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, trauma-informed care, and mindfulness practices. Her areas of strength include depression, mood disorders, anxiety, substance abuse, trauma, relationship conflicts, grief and loss, acute stress, and adjustment issues.

Jessica Hansen is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience, as a social worker and therapist, helping others navigate through life’s challenges.  Jessica Hansen received a Masters’ Degree in Social Work from Syracuse University in 2007 and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Manhattan College in 2004.  She is currently Licensed in Virginia, Georgia, and the District of Columbia.

Jessica uses compassion, empathy, and understanding to collaborate with you on your path to a life worth living. She uses an integrative approach to therapy, to help clients feel a sense of connection, acceptance, and peace.  She is certified in Dialectic Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and uses a strong emphasis on mindfulness with her clients.  Her areas of strength include depression, anxiety, relationship conflicts, PTSD, trauma, grief and loss, and challenges in dating life.

Being vulnerable is a hard and necessary part of healing and living a life free from emotional suffering. 

Jessica believes therapy can offer a nonjudgmental space that fosters growth and help you create the change you are seeking.   Learning about yourself and your relationships can be challenging, and incredibly rewarding work and I want to make the process as enjoyable as possible.
