Jacqueline (aka Jackie) Rodriguez is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 16 years of experience. Jackie received her Masters' Degree in Social Work from the University of Connecticut in 2005 and a Bachelor's degree in History with minors in Theology and Social Work from St. John's University. She is currently licensed in the states of Maryland, Connecticut, and California. Throughout Jackie's career, she has worked in community mental health clinics, residential treatment facilities, and various public-school settings.

 She has significant experience working with adults and teens dealing with issues including (but not limited to): depression, anxiety, ADHD, Adolescent/Child executive functioning, PTSD, trauma, and multi-cultural issues. She uses elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy specific to her clients' needs.

 Jackie believes getting to the root of what is going on in a client’s life is the key to helping people flourish.  She is committed to supporting clients through self-exploration and creating change by utilizing the strengths and supports that each client already has.

Jamie Hardy is a licensed therapist in Virginia, Maryland, and DC with over ten years of clinical experience working primarily with adults. She received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Mary Baldwin University in 2010 and her Master of Education in Community Counseling from the College of William and Mary in 2012. 

Jamie is a genuine, compassionate, and empathetic therapist who provides a safe, nonjudgmental environment where you can feel comfortable exploring your thoughts and feelings. She believes in a collaborative, goal-oriented approach to empower you to navigate life’s challenges and support your personal growth. Jamie uses an integrative approach tailored to your individual needs, utilizing her training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, trauma-informed care, and mindfulness practices. Her areas of strength include depression, mood disorders, anxiety, substance abuse, trauma, relationship conflicts, grief and loss, acute stress, and adjustment issues.

Cheryl Torpey is licensed in Clinical Social Work in Maryland and has over 25 years of experience in counseling in a wide range of issues. She graduated from Salisbury State University with her Bachelors in Social Work with minors in Psychology and Art. She earned her Master's degree was from the University of Maryland Professional School of Social Work in Baltimore in 1997.

Cheryl has extensive experience working with adults from various backgrounds dealing with many issues. These issues include (but are not limited to) end-of-life care, low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, and PTSD. She uses cognitive behavior techniques (CBT) and pulls from various other modalities in working with clients.

Cheryl is a kind and compassionate therapist who works collaboratively with her clients on accomplishing their own goals for personal growth. Cheryl works with people holistically, body, mind, and spirit, recognizing that each part plays a role in optimal functioning in life. She desires each person to find their purpose and make their unique mark on their world and relationships.
